Private equity firm Kanbrick announced the acquisition of Keep Supply — a distributor of industrial refrigeration parts and equipment.
Keep Supply was founded in 2017 in Springfield, MO by Josh Burch, Drake Hughes and Chris Langston when they acquired Industrial Refrigeration Parts LLC. Today, Keep Supply serves customers across the United States and ships to over 70 countries globally. A Feb. 4 news release notes that the company boasts five years of 62% average annual growth and has grown to 125 team members.
“Over the past nine years, our team’s talent, dedication and commitment to being the best part of our customers’ day has fueled our explosive growth,” said Burch, Partner and CEO of Keep Supply. “Partnering with Kanbrick will allow us to build on that success and invest in our future to better serve our customers.”
Burch was first introduced to Kanbrick as a participant of the Build with Kanbrick program in 2024. As strategic partners, Kanbrick will now work closely with the Keep Supply team to expand their portfolio of parts and equipment and to deepen customer and vendor relationships.
“Keep Supply is an impressive company that has carved a unique space in the industry through its diverse offerings, strong culture and relentless focus on service,” said Tracy Britt Cool, Co-Founder of Kanbrick. “They have a remarkable team that’s delivered growth year after year, and we’re honored to partner with them to continue that success for years to come.
Keep Supply joins Kanbrick’s family of companies that includes JM Test Systems, Marine Concepts, Laboratory Testing (LTI) and Alchemy Analytical Group (AAG).
