Fort Wayne, IN-based automotive and industrial paint and supply distributor Automotive Color & Supply (ACS) — a portfolio company of WILsquare Capital — acquired Smetzer Paint & Supply.

Smetzer a regional distributor of automotive and industrial paint and supply products based in Milan, OH. The company is an authorized Benjamin Moore Retailer and Axalta Automotive Retailer specializing in interior and exterior paint for commercial and residential, stain, and paint supplies, including marine paint.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
