The Canadian unit of Jersey City, NJ-based foodservice packaging and JanSan supplies distributor Imperial Dade has reached an agreement to acquire Enterprise Paper Holdings.
Terms were not disclosed.
“Enterprise Paper has earned the trust of their customers the right way through consistency, care, and a genuine commitment to service,” Imperial Dade President Stephane Lapointe said in an April 16 news release. “That is a story we are proud to be a part of. Together, we will build on what has already been accomplished and bring even more to the table for customers and vendor partners across Canada.”
For parent company Imperial Dade, its the first announced acquisition since the March completion of its landmark merger with like distributor BradyPlus that formed a company with more than $10 billion in combined annual revenue.

Imperial Dade Canada is the right home for what we have built, and we are thrilled for this next chapter.”
