Automotive aftermarket products distributor and manufacturer Highline Warren plans to invest $170 million in a new logistics and operations hub in McDonough, GA.
The multi-year project will establish a more than 1.1 million-square-foot facility at 830 Highway 42 South, south of Atlanta. The building, formerly occupied by furniture manufacturer Zinus, will be designed to accommodate additional operational expansion as Highline Warren’s needs evolve.
Operations are expected to begin in late 2026, with hiring scheduled to start later this year. The facility is expected to create 160 jobs.
Highline Warren said the center will incorporate advanced infrastructure and technology intended to improve product availability, operational efficiency and delivery performance. The company expects the expanded network to support reliable two-day delivery to 95% of the U.S. population.
“This investment reflects our continued focus on strengthening our network to better serve our customers,” Highline Warren CEO Darcy Curran said in the July 14 announcement. “McDonough and the State of Georgia offer a strategic location with access to a skilled workforce and strong logistics connections to global markets.”
Curran added that the site will provide Highline Warren with its first East Coast port of entry, helping the company move products more efficiently and simplify customers’ supply chains.
Highline Warren President and Chief Operating Officer Brad Moreschi said the added capacity and technology will improve speed, reliability and consistency throughout the company’s distribution network.
Memphis, TN-based Highline Warren distributes and manufactures maintenance and cleaning products for automotive, home, commercial and industrial applications. Its product portfolio includes automotive fluids, chemicals, filters and cleaning solutions.
The company operates 21 distribution and manufacturing facilities across North America and offers more than 30,000 products from over 400 national, owned and private-label brands. Highline Warren employs more than 1,700 people and serves over 10,000 customers.
