Nashville, TN-based commercial doors and hardware distributor Agape Sales & Service has been acquired by Agape Holdings One, according to M&A advisory firm Generational Group.
The transaction closed July 1 and was announced July 21. Financial terms were not disclosed. Generational Group advised Agape Sales & Service on the sale.
Agape Sales & Service distributes and installs commercial doors, frames, architectural hardware and related building products for contractors, architects and facility owners. Its customized solutions support new construction, renovation and retrofit projects across health care, education, industrial and distribution facilities.
The family-operated company does business under the corporate name Fairway Supply of Tennessee and says its team has more than 90 years of experience in the commercial door industry. Its broader product offering includes commercial doors, frames, hardware, partitions and accessories.
Agape Holdings One is a Brentwood, TN-based construction company that provides commercial building solutions from pre-construction planning through project completion. The company works with owners, architects and subcontractors and focuses on construction craftsmanship, project management and on-time delivery.
Generational Group Senior Managing Director Cory Strickland said Agape Sales & Service was founded by industry veteran Ron Sparrow Sr., who was later joined by his son, Ron Sparrow Jr. He added that buyers Dan and Rachel Lester are positioned to carry forward the Sparrow family’s legacy.
