Contractor and industrial products buying cooperative AD shared that its owner/members elected three members to the group’s board of directors and an appointment.
Newly-elected as a board member is John Thompson, CEO of First Electric Supply Company (Indianapolis, IN), while Chicago Tube & Iron (Romeoville, IL) Chairman and CEO Don McNealy and Interior Exterior Building Supply (New Orleans, LA) Owner and Manager Clay Geary were re-elected as board members.
Meanwhile, AD’S members appointed George Vorwick, President and CEO of United Electric Supply Company to the fill a board vacancy.
Thompson and Vorwick joined AD in step with the company’s merger with IMARK Electrical in October.
