The PTDA Foundation announced the launch of the second year of its student and full-time employee scholarship program.
The student scholarship provides financial assistance to individuals pursuing or considering a career in a PT/MC or related field. Applicants must be enrolled or recently accepted into a trade school, technical school, community college or university, studying a field relevant to the industry. Up to five $3,000 scholarships will be awarded.
“We’re excited to offer these scholarships once again, providing crucial financial support to help cultivate a strong reserve of talent, drive industry growth and boost expertise,” PTDA Foundation President Matt Pavlinsky said in a Jan. 24 news release. “By targeting individuals with a proven interest in the PT/MC industry or related fields, these scholarships will help attract qualified candidates and expand our candidate pool.”
