The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA), an association for the industrial power transmission/motion control (PT/MC) distribution channel, welcomes new manufacturer member CinchSeal Associates and new associate member Canals.
CinchSeal Associates manufactures rotary shifts for screw conveyors, mixers, blenders and other bulk-handling equipment used in food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemical, cement, battery production and mining. The company offers FDA-compliant materials and USDA-certified designs and works with OEMs to provide custom sealing solutions.
“We joined PTDA to build stronger relationships within our industry. These connections are essential for fostering the trust and teamwork that are crucial for our business success,” said Ernest Santorelli, vice president of sales for CinchSeal Associates.
Canals provides an AI-powered sales platform designed for industrial suppliers, including manufacturers and distributors. The platform supports lead generation, quoting and customer engagement by integrating with existing tools such as CRM and ERP systems.
“Canals is excited to join PTDA to continue our support of the industry. Distributors play a vital role in the PT/MC supply chain and our AI is purpose—built to serve the needs of industrial distribution. We look forward to working with PTDA members to drive the continued success of the channel,” stated Michael Delgado, CEO and co-founder of Canals.
According to the association, PTDA represents power transmission/motion control distribution firms that generate more than $30 billion in sales and span over 2,700 locations as well as manufacturer members that supply the industry.
