Parspec — an AI-native platform provider for construction materials distribution — has launched a new Project Management solution designed to streamline post-award execution and improve coordination across project stakeholders.
Announced April 8, the new offering expands Parspec’s platform beyond quoting by integrating order management, fulfillment, change orders and billing into a single workflow. The system also provides contractors with real-time visibility into order and delivery status.
The solution was developed in collaboration with distributors including Rexel, Border States, USESI and Connexion. It is designed to address persistent challenges in project-based distribution, including labor-intensive workflows and fragmented communication with customers.
Parspec said the platform replaces disconnected tools such as email, spreadsheets and ERP modules with a unified system that integrates with distributors’ existing ERP environments. Teams can track complex orders, changes and deliveries in one place while sharing live updates with customers.
According to the company, early adopters of the combined quoting and project management platform expect operational improvements including a 30% increase in project manager capacity, up to 6% higher win rates with existing customers and 10% faster billing cycles.
Parspec — founded in 2021 and based in San Mateo, CA —serves more than 300 distributors and manufacturer representatives focused on mechanical, electrical and plumbing products.
The expansion follows the company’s $20 million Series A funding round announced in 2025, aimed at scaling its platform and accelerating adoption among distributors.
