Based in Mooresville, NC, FireResQ is an eCommerce-led distributor specializing in fire hoses and related parts. Established in 2011, FireResQ supplies a range of fire hose, cam lock products and accessories to firefighting and industrial markets across the U.S. The company offers private-label products and employs a technical team.

Founded in 1941 and based in Charlotte, NC, Brooks Safety Solutions provides fire, life safety and security products and services. The company’s operations include several brands: Brooks Equipment, Commercial Fire, ESC Central, ESC Supply, Heiser Logistics, L&J Fire Equipment, Logistics Supply, Water Specialties Company and the FED Learning Center.

FireResQ’s senior leadership team, including Barry McConaghey and Daniel Weber, will remain in their current roles and become shareholders of BSS.
