Irving, Texas-based FleetPride Inc., a distributor of truck and trailer parts and service in the independent heavy-duty aftermarket, has acquired Shreveport, Louisiana-based Murray’s Diesel Repair.

Financial details were not disclosed. Murray’s provides services to drivers and fleets throughout the Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas region.

The Murrays will separately continue to operate Murray’s Auto Repair in Shreveport, which focuses on the repair of light-duty vehicles, FleetPride said.
