Motion & Flow Control Products Inc. (MFCP) has acquired CSC — a provider of agricultural and industrial hydraulic products and services with seven locations across California and Arizona. Financial terms were not disclosed in the Aug. 5 announcement.
Founded in 1994, CSC serves growers, contractors, equipment operators and industrial customers throughout California’s Central Coast and Arizona’s Yuma Valley. The company specializes in hydraulic hoses and equipment and is a certified Parker distributor.
The acquisition expands MFCP’s presence in agricultural markets while adding local inventory, fluid power expertise and service capabilities. MFCP said it will continue operating CSC’s existing locations with their current teams while investing in additional resources, inventory and technical support.
“For more than three decades, CSC has built its business around taking care of customers and supporting local communities,” MFCP CEO Ross Surratt said.
CSC customers will also gain access to MFCP’s broader product portfolio, engineering resources and supply chain capabilities. MFCP distributes industrial and mobile products across hydraulics, fluid connectors, filtration, pneumatics, process control, automation and sealing technologies. The company also provides repair, assembly, engineered systems and manufacturing services through its branch network across the western U.S.
