Manufacturer representative agency Lawless Group promoted Rodney Hill to Chief Sales Officer (CSO), effective April 1.

In his new role as CSO, Hill will lead sales efforts by driving initiatives, expanding growth in markets like building products and deepening partner relationships. He will also collaborate across departments to align with company goals while maintaining his current responsibilities.

Hill spend the past 24 years at Fastenal, with the past five as Senior Vice President of Sales. He progressed from District Sales Manager in Dallas-Fort Worth, to Vice President of the South Central Region and then to SVP. His expertise covers sales management, team development and business strategy.
“Rodney has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead with vision and purpose,” Lawless Group Executive Chairman Richard Lawless said in an April 9 news release. “His experience and dedication make him uniquely qualified to guide our sales efforts as we continue to grow and evolve as a company.”
