Core & Main Inc. – a St. Louis-based distributor of water, sewer and fire protection products – announced Sept. 20 it has entered an agreement to acquire Distributors Inc. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Core & Main ranked as the No. 1 Industrial PVF Distributor and No. 10 Industrial Distributor in Modern Distribution Management‘s 2022 Top Distributors list.

Founded in 2018, Distributors Inc. is a distributor of fire protection products and fabrication services. Its facility is in Honolulu, Hawaii.

It’s been a busy year for Core & Main, as Distributors Inc. represents the company’s sixth acquisition of 2022. In August, Core & Main completed its acquisition of Inland Waterworks Supply Co. while also entering an agreement to acquire the waterworks division of Trumbull Industries.
