Pumping solutions and industrial supplies distributor DXP Enterprises has inked its first bolt-on of 2025.

The Houston-based company announced Feb. 6 that it has completed an acquisition of Arroyo Process Equipment — a Barstow, FL-based distributor of pumps, process equipment and related service and repairs. It was founded in 1968.

Operating out of three locations servicing northern, central and southern Florida, Arroyo serves asphalt, mining, industrial water, chemical and other industrial markets.

Terms of the deal — which closed Jan. 31 — weren’t disclosed. But, DXP noted that Arroyo’s sales and adjusted EBITDA for calendar 2024 were about $26.3 million and $1.3 million, respectively.

Arroyo provides DXP with exceptional sales expertise that will enhance our efforts and ability to collaborate and serve our customers and grow DXP further.”

DXP completed six acquisitions in 2024, most recently in the form of Omaha, NE-based manufacturers representative Burt Gurney & Associations and Patterson, CA-based vacuum pump supplier MaxVac — both in November.
