Envoy Solutions — the Glenview, Illinois-based holding company that owns and operates North American, WAXIE Sanitary Supply, SWPlus, Southeastern Paper Group and Daycon Products Co. — acquired Ohio-based Valley Janitor Supply Company.
Valley is a distributor of cleaning solutions and in-house cleaning operations. The company is Envoy’s seventh acquisition over the past few months.
Financial terms were not announced.
Envoy says the latest deal will advance its “vision of making buildings cleaner and more sustainable, people safer, and operations more productive every day.”

Fisher, CEO of Envoy Solutions. “We’re looking forward to bringing an expanded product line and new solutions to customers in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. By adding Valley, we’re continuing to build our national platform throughout the Midwest region.”
