FleetPride Acquires Florida-Based TML Truck & Trailer Repair

After making 10 acquisitions in 2022, FleetPride has acquired the assets of a Florida-based truck shop for its first move of 2023.

FleetPride is picking up where it left off in 2022 in the mergers and acquisitions department. The Texas-based truck and trailer parts distributor announced its first acquisition of 2023, TML Truck & Trailer Repair, on Jan. 24. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2012, TML Truck & Trailer Repair is a full-service shop based in Ocala, Florida. TML primarily operates on heavy duty trucks and equipment.

“FleetPride shares our passion for delivering value and continually creating personal and professional opportunities for our team,” TML owner Todd Lewis said in a news release.

“Todd Lewis and the team are well known as trusted partners who focus on quality service while providing a great customer experience,” FleetPride senior vice president of sales and operations Mike Harris said in the release. “We look forward to being able to continue that tradition as we grow that market for all our customers.”

FleetPride made 10 acquisitions in 2022, including Berggren Diesel, Inc. (Idaho Falls, Idaho) and Harland Diesel Service, Inc. (Ponca City, Oklahoma) in December.
