Bearings and power transmission products distributor Purvis Industries acquired the assets of A & A Resources, Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Hayden, AL, A & A Resources is a distributor of industrial, repair and operational replacement parts. Founded in 2005, the company offers a range of products, including wire, bearings, fiber optics, mechanical industrial automation and more to industries such as metal, material handling, power generation, mining and textiles. The woman-owned company is operated by approximately 14 employees.

Dallas-based Purvis Industries’ most recent previous acquisition was of Akron, OH-based PTE Drives, completed on April 16, 2024.
