MDM is looking to recognize some outstanding women in the industry later in March. Have someone in mind to nominate? Let us know via our quick submission form linked here. Or read on for more info.
Since 1987, Women’s History Month has been observed throughout March in the United States, the U.K. and Australia to highlight the contributions of women to events in history and society.
In the wholesale distribution industry, there are plenty of women who have been critical to their company’s business transformation, innovation and growth in a traditionally male-dominated field.
At MDM, we want to recognize these leaders during March via a series of Women in Distribution Profiles. To do so, we need your help.
We’re asking for nominations from across the industry for women we should spotlight in this new series. All we need from you is their name, the name of their employer and some brief input on why you are nominating them. If you have their contact information, even better.
These nominees could range from top executives to department heads and managers, to new industry entrants. They could be veteran executives or rising leaders.
If you know an exceptional woman in distribution we should know about, please let us know. You are also welcome to nominate yourself.
You can send your nominations to us via our quick entry form here. Entries are due by March 7.
From there, MDM will contact these nominees to create a series of Women in Distribution profile articles that we will publish throughout March.
Help us honor these deserving women!
