PT Holdings — the parent company of OEM foodservice equipment parts distributor Parts Town — announced Dec. 5 it has rebranded as Parts Town Unlimited. The Illinois-based company also outlined a flurry of organizational changes to accompany the rebrand. The rebrand caps what has been a busy year for Parts Town Unlimited, which includes 45 brands with nearly $2 billion in annual revenue and over 4,500 employees worldwide, according to a news release.

“Many companies include the acronym ‘LLC’ after their name, where the first ‘L’ stands for limited,” Parts Town Unlimited CEO Steve Snower said. “We are going a different direction and focusing on the unlimited growth potential of our business: we are a town without limits. Over the past 19 years of our growth journey, we have updated our organization structure many times. Updating our brand and implementing these leadership changes will position the business for rapid growth in the coming years. We look forward to an exciting future.”

As part of the reorganization, Snower will shift his focus to group CEO responsibilities. Clint Holder has been appointed to the role of Group President — Parts Town Americas, allowing Snower to “lead Parts Town Unlimited strategy, drive the company’s vision for growth and innovation, accelerate its acquisition efforts, and build on its unique culture,” according to the release.

Other leadership changes include John McDonough being named Chairman of Parts Town Europe and Miron Washington assuming the role of Chief Digital Officer.

Parts Town has experienced rapid growth in 2022. The company made two acquisitions, Encompass Supply Chain Solutions and Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service, and added 17 new master distribution partnerships to its portfolio, as well. Parts Town also initiated a partnership with Uber to enhance its eCommerce marketplace, Parts in Town, which launched in late 2021.
