Aftermarket components and sustainment solutions distributor AllClear Aerospace & Defense appointed Bill Boucek as the company’s CEO.
Boucek brings over 20 years of U.S. Navy service and senior leadership experience in the Department of Defense’s global sustainment and readiness operations. He has led aviation and multi-domain logistics efforts at the Defense Logistics Agency, directed readiness initiatives at U.S. Special Operations Command and held roles across operational, acquisition and supply chain functions within the Navy and DoD.

In the private sector, Boucek established Grant Thornton’s national supply chain consulting practice, advising large organizations on distribution and operations. He later served as President of KMM, a logistics and services firm supporting commercial and DoD network deployments and infrastructure projects, where he led large-scale programs focused on supply chain integration and operational efficiency.
“Bill is a terrific addition to the AllClear leadership team,” AllClear Chairman Jame Donath said in an Aug. 18 news release. “Bill brings significant depth of industry knowledge and relationships to the CEO role, given his time in military procurement, as well as the private sector. We expect his hands-on leadership style to have an immediate impact on our operations as AllClear looks to capitalize on favorable trends in the defense aftermarket to grow our business, both domestically and abroad.”
