Resideo-owned ADI Global Distribution, No. 6 on MDM’s list of Top Electrical/Data/Security Distributors, has opened its new Support Center at the Panorama Tower in Ballantyne, NC, just outside of Charlotte.
Spanning 41,000 square feet across two floors, the new facility is home to more than 180 ADI team members representing marketing, accounting, product development, education, training and other key departments.
The new Charlotte Support Center marks the relocation of the former Snap One headquarters. Following ADI’s acquisition of Snap One in 2024 and the integration, this site was selected to continue supporting the experienced team based in Charlotte.
“This new space not only reflects who we are today — it’s an investment in our future,” said Rob Aarnes, President of ADI. “ADI (and Snap One) has had a strong and growing presence in Charlotte, and we’re proud to deepen our roots in this vibrant community. With this Support Center, we’re creating an environment where our team can thrive and where we can continue delivering indispensable service, expertise and innovation to our customers.”
ADI said the location was strategically selected to have minimal impact on employee commutes, with comparable travel times for the majority of the team. It also offers convenient access to major highways and public transportation, along with nearby restaurants, services, and green spaces to contribute to a positive day-to-day experience for employees and visitors alike.
In addition to the new Charlotte Support Center, ADI has Support Centers across the globe, including in New York, Utah, Kentucky, Texas, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Serbia, Mexico and more. Beyond its Support Center sites, ADI has more than 200 stocking locations to serve customers worldwide and offers online shopping through its eCommerce website and mobile app.
ADI provides security, AV and smart living products to more than 100,000 customers worldwide.
Resideo announced in July that it would divest ADI Global as a separate company by the end of 2026.
