Power solutions manufacturing conglomerate Eaton agreed to acquire Ultra PCS Limited from Cobham Ultra Group for $1.55 billion.
The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
Based in Cheltenham, U.K., Ultra PCS Limited operates in both the U.K. and U.S., providing electronic controls, sensing, stores ejection and data processing solutions to support mission success for aerospace customers worldwide, both in the air and on the ground. The company projects sales of around $240 million in 2025.

Eaton said Ultra PCS’s advanced solutions for safety and mission-critical aerospace systems will enhance its offerings across both military and commercial aviation sectors.
“Combining Ultra PCS products and aftermarket services with Eaton’s will enable us to better serve our customers’ needs with tailored, next-generation aerospace solutions,” Eaton Aerospace Group President John Sapp said in a June 16 news release. “We look forward to welcoming Ultra PCS to Eaton and combining our 200-year history of technology and innovation in safety and mission critical systems.”
Eaton’s most recent previous acquisition was of Minden, LA-based Fibrebond Corporation, announced on March 11.
