“Kyle and Kathy are highly capable leaders who have earned the trust and respect of our associates and customers,” CX CEO David Rosenstein said in a May 1 news release. “Their promotions reflect not only their individual talents, but also our commitment to developing leaders from within and ensuring long-term continuity for the organization.”

Hanson and Raby will take over the daily operations of the company in their new roles. Meanwhile, co-founders Rosenstein and COO Steve Abrams will move into advisory roles to support the company and its leadership during the transition.
