Industrial automation components, systems and services distributor Tavoron acquired Arkansas Industrial Machinery.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in North Little Rock, AR, AIM is a distributor of industrial air, gas and fluid handling equipment, with expertise in the repair, service and preventive maintenance of compressors, vacuum systems, pumps, filters and related systems. Founded in 1971, AIM carries a broad inventory, including compressors, pumps, blowers, dryers and control valves, and operates additional branches in Memphis, TN and Bossier, LA.

As part of the acquisition, Tavoron said AIMs’ Service Department will be integrated into the company’s expanded service network. Tavoron added that the move will strengthen its ability to provide fast-response maintenance and rental services to customers.
