With the transaction now complete, Network Distribution said it has begun transitioning PDA’s members, customers and suppliers — a process it expects to complete by July 1.
“At the heart of this alliance is a mutual commitment to growth,” commented Alan Tomblin, President and CEO of Network. “Both companies have long recognized that local distribution is critical to our success and sustainable expansion is achieved through deliberate investment in people, structure, and culture. The alliance leverages the financial strength, supplier relationships, and operational discipline of two industry leaders to create a broader platform capable of servicing the wide-ranging packaging market.”
The combined company operates out of Network Distribution’s Schaumburg, IL headquarters, which it relocated to in 2023.
On Jan. 30, Network announced the addition of former SupplyOne Canada Marketing leader Olivia Pietersen as Director of Packaging Member Development.
