Dallas-based building controls, automation and gas detection solutions distributor Building Controls & Solutions (BCS) acquired Control Stop.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ControlStop

Charlotte, NC-based Control Stop is a provider of building automation and components, offering customers products from manufacturers, including Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls and more. Established in 2008, the company has access to approximately 130 locations with more than 2.7 million parts in stock.
