On the same day it announced its purchase of New England-based JanSan distributor Allstom Supply, serial acquirer Imperial Dade (Jersey City, NJ) shared that it added a pair of Canada-based JanSan distributors.
The transactions represented the 78th and 80th acquisitions for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis, sandwiching the Allstom Supply deal.

In Oakville, Ontario, Imperial Dade reached an agreement to acquire the distribution business of Superior SANY Solutions from GDI Integrated Facility Services. Expected to close on March 31, it represents the eighth deal for Imperial Dade Canada under the Tillis’ leadership.
In Reptentigny, Quebec, Imperial Dade acquired JanSan, paper and packaging products distributor Les Produits Sanitaires Royal Net. Founded in 1987, Royal Net is led by Riccardo Capocci.
Terms were not shared for either transaction.
Imperial Dade — a distributor of foodservice packaging, printing papers and JanSan supplies — was on MDM’s unranked 2023 Top JanSan Distributors List.
