McKinney, TX-based Heritage Landscape Supply Group (Heritage) announced a pair of acquisitions on April 10. Terms were not disclosed for either deal, which represent the third and fourth transactions Heritage has already completed in 2026.

Heritage currently operates under a family of distinct local brands encompassing more than 240 locations across 37 states.

Fiore Nursery and Landscape Supply

Heritage acquired Fiore Nursery and Landscape Supply, a nursery products and live goods distributor based in Lake Zurich, IL.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Heritage is a landscape supplies distribution brand and wholly-owned subsidiary that SRS Distribution (McKinney, TX) launched in 2019.

Founded in 1916, Fiore Nursery is owned and operated today by the Fiore family, with the fourth-generation currently serving in executive leadership roles. The company has a second location in Chicago and a combined team of 40 people.

David Fiore, co-owner and President, will continue to lead Fiore Nursery’s team.

MPR Supply

In St. Louis, Heritage has acquired MPR Supply Company — a distributor of irrigation, lighting and related landscape products.

Founded in 1991, MPR is owned and operated by Mike Hartman and Rob Clouser, who will continue to lead the MPR team of 15 employees.
