Automotive, commercial and industrial fluids distributor and manufacturer U.S. Lubricants has acquired Pack Logix — a turnkey packaging supplies provider — in a move aimed at expanding its manufacturing capabilities and enhancing its toll blending and packaging offerings.
Both companies are based in Waukesha, WI.
The deal adds packaging capacity, technical expertise and advanced technologies, enabling U.S. Lubricants to offer a broader range of packaging sizes, custom formulations and supply chain support. Customers are expected to benefit from faster turnaround times, increased flexibility and improved delivery performance through more integrated operations.
Pack Logix President Adam Puzach will join U.S. Lubricants as Vice President and General Manager of Packaging and Operations, along with 36 employees who will support integration and ongoing operations.
“This acquisition represents a significant milestone in delivering exceptional value and expanded options to our customers,” U.S. Lubricants President James Williams said in an April 16 news release. “By combining our strengths … we’re able to offer more flexible and comprehensive offerings and enhanced aftermarket fluid programs.”
Puzach added that the combined organization will “further elevate quality, flexibility and service,” providing customers with greater confidence in packaging and blending solutions.
The companies plan to integrate operations over the next year, with no immediate changes to Pack Logix’s current operations to ensure service continuity. The integration is also expected to strengthen supply chain efficiency and reliability.
U.S. Lubricants — a U.S. Venture company — distributes and manufactures automotive, commercial and industrial fluids, moving nearly 14 million gallons annually through its network.
