St. Louis, MO-based Novvia Group, a provider of rigid packaging solutions, has appointed Bob Boucher as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Boucher succeeds Sarah Macdonald, who has served as CEO since 2021 and will continue to serve on Novvia’s Board of Directors.
Boucher has more than three decades of executive leadership experience leading multi-billion-dollar industrial services organizations, including CEO positions at Waste Harmonics Keter, WIN Waste Innovations, Transpacific Industries and Wheelabrator Technologies, and executive leadership roles at Republic Services and Allied Waste.
“Bob has deep experience growing large multinational organizations into global leaders,” said Ken Roessler, Executive Chairman of the Novvia Board. “We are aligned with Bob through our shared values and ambitious vision for the future, and we are thrilled to have someone of his caliber and experience drive the company’s next chapter of transformational growth,” Novvia Chairman Ken Roesller said in a Nov. 17 news release.
“I’m honored to step into this role and build on the incredible foundation the team has created at Novvia,” Boucher added. “We have a tremendous opportunity to accelerate our momentum and build on our strengths — further uniting our people, investing in our growth and delivering exceptional service and value to our customers and valued partners.”
Novvia was formed in the fall of 2021 through the combination of several regional packaging companies that include Inmark, C.L. Smith, Silver Spur and Container Supply, with financial backing by Kelso & Company. In May 2025, Novvia acquired New York-based cosmetic packaging supplier Garrett Hewitt International (GHI).
