BradyIFS + Envoy Acquire PFS Sales in U.S. Carolinas - Modern Distribution Management

BradyIFS + Envoy Acquire PFS Sales in U.S. Carolinas

It’s already the third deal since BradyIFS and Envoy Solutions completed their landmark merger at the end of October.

The acquisition train for newly-combined BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions just keeps on rolling.

The JanSan, foodservice and packaging supplies distributor announced Dec. 4 that it has acquired PFS Sales Company, a foodservice disposables and cleaning supplies distributor servicing the catering, restaurant, education and hospitality industries.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1988 and based in Raleigh, North Carolina, PFS Sales specializes in distributing disposable paper and plastic products for customers throughout the Carolinas.

“Adding PFS Sales to our team further strengthens our foodservice disposables and JanSan presence throughout the Carolinas and the Southeast,” said Ken Sweder, CEO and Chairman of BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions. “We are excited to partner with Jason and Crystal Mace and the outstanding team at PFS Sales.”

“Combining forces with BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions enables us to continue to grow our business, better serve our customers, and further invest in and develop our team members,” said Jason Mace, General Manager of PFS Sales. “The partnership provides the support and resources required to continue our momentum and to take our business to the next level.”

It marks the third acquisition announced by BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions since the two companies completed their landmark merger at the end of October. The combined company said Nov. 14 that it had acquired JanSan product distributor Qualmax Supplies (Carteret, New Jersey). A week later, it announced the addition of JanSan, production, packaging, safety and office supplies distributor Sierra Packaging (Tyler, Texas).
