Packaging solutions distributor Sealed Air Corporation appointed Kristen Actis-Grande as Chief Financial Officer, effective Aug. 25.
She succeeds Veronika Johnson, who has served as Interim CFO since February 14, 2025. Johnson will support the transition and continue as Chief Accounting Officer.
Actis-Grande joins Sealed Air after serving five years as Executive Vice President and CFO at MSC Industrial Supply, where she resigned on Aug. 8. Before that, she spent 17 years at Ingersoll Rand in various finance leadership roles.

“After a thorough search, we are excited to have Kristen join the Sealed Air leadership team and accelerate our ongoing transformation,” Sealed Air President & CEO Dustin Semach said in an Aug. 4 news release. “She is a highly accomplished finance executive with a proven track record of creating shareholder value for global industrial companies with complex portfolios. I look forward to Kristen quickly integrating into our team and accelerating progress across our two market-focused segments, Food and Protective.”
Sealed Air’s 2024 annual revenue of $5.39 billion fell 1.8% year-over-year, while net profit fell 20.6% to $270 million. The Charlotte, NC-based company has more than 16,000 employees and 105 manufacturing facilities.
