Bailey Tools & Supply Inc., Louisville, KY, has acquired Indianapolis, IN-based Capitol Drilling & Contractors Supply.
Bailey Tools sells professional-grade power tools, construction equipment, construction supplies, safety products, tool repair service and rental items. With the acquisition, it now has sales locations in Louisville, KY; Evansville, IN; and Indianapolis, IN.
Bailey Tools reported that the purchase complements its current lines and adds new brands including STIHL and Honda Power Equipment.
Bailey Tools also operates a Safety Division called Bailey Safety Supply that specializes in fall protection, confined space and other PPE (personal protective equipment) products.
