Ironwood Management Partners Fund has invested in St. Paul, MN-based Don Stevens, LLC, a distributor of HVAC, foodservice and lodging equipment. Ironwood is a private equity firm focused on manufacturing and distribution businesses. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
