Roofing Supply Group, LLC, Dallas, TX, No. 10 on MDM's list of top building materials and construction distributors, has acquired Supreme Metal Products, a complete metal roofing manufacturer and distributor of residential and commercial roofing products, and Exterior Building Supply, a distributor of siding, windows, columns, shutters, and trim. Both companies are headquartered in Tuscaloosa, AL, and will be combined to operate under the name Supreme Building Products, an RSG company.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Cret Shamblin, co-owner of Supreme and EB Supply, will join RSG as the branch manager. This location will be RSG's 18th branch in the Southeast region.
The announcement of this latest acquisition advances RSG’s overall expansion initiative which includes organic growth, opening of new locations and strategic acquisitions.
