BDI (Bearing Distributors, Inc.), Cleveland, OH, announced the acquisition of Brown Bearing Co., Spokane, WA. The business is now known as Brown Bearing Co., a division of BDI.

“This acquisition enables us to provide enhanced service and solutions to customers, both existing and prospective, in the Pacific Northwest,” says John Ruth, BDI-USA president and COO. “It also engages BDI with the large loyal customer base that Brown Bearing has developed over nearly 60 years in business.”
BDI has 174 branches in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia. BDI is a distributor of bearings, mechanical power transmission, electrical power transmission, linear motion, fluid power, material handling, industrial and safety products.
