\”Bob has done an outstanding job of leading Hisco, particularly in difficult times,\” says Jerry Damerow, chairman of Hisco’s Board of Directors. \”Hisco emerged from the downturn bigger and better, with record growth. A lot of that can be attributed to the team building and the initiatives that he introduced.\”
Named executive vice-president in 1999, Dill became president in 2002.
Hisco also announced the creation of a new value-add division, to be headed by Chris Woody.
\”Our goal is always to create recognized value to our customers,\” Dill says. \”Unifying Hisco’s full range of value-add capabilities into a single division allows us to do this with greater focus, more consistency, and improved efficiency.\”
