Terms were not disclosed for the deal, which was brokered on behalf of HC Pacific by investment bank Woodbridge International.

Founded in 1979 by Ron Futrell, ITP is an industrial fastener distributor. The family-owned company serves the California market through its two locations in Brea, CA and Rancho Cucamonga, CA.ITP Logo

ITP is owned and operated by Garrett Futrell.
