On Oct. 16, Vermont-based electrical distributor Green Mountain Electric Supply acquired Atlantic Electrical Distributor Services in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
This is the eighth acquisition in less than three years for the company, according to an Electrical Trends report.
The expansion in the Northeast will focus on energy-efficiency projects, including lighting and electric vehicle charging projects, company officials wrote on the company’s LinkedIn page.
