Master Distributor Everflow Supplies Appoints New CEO Upon Private Investment

The new CEO was most recently the president of Fortiline Waterworks.

Plumbing, electrical and industrial products distributor Everflow Supplies received an equity investment from Dallas-based Paceline Equity Partners and simultaneously announced the appointment of a new CEO.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2000, Everflow is a New Jersey-based distributor offering over 20,000 SKUs across fittings, water supply products, valves, pipes and fixtures. The company serves a wide range of customers in the plumbing, HVAC, industrial, fire protection and energy sectors, with a consolidated platform that includes seven distribution centers in New Jersey, Texas, Georgia, Illinois and Oklahoma.

The company also announced the appointment of Andrew Pacifico as CEO, effective immediately. With over 15 years of experience in operations, growth strategy and corporate finance within wholesale distribution, Pacifico has served customers across the plumbing, HVAC and waterworks markets.

Pacifico most recently served as President of Fortiline Waterworks, a leading distributor of underground waterworks products and a subsidiary of Reece USA. He previously spent ten years at Reece USA (formerly MORSCO Supply), including as Chief Transformation Officer.
