Fluid handling, sealing and material conveyance distributor LGG Industrial appointed Michael Bagwell as its U.S. Vice President and General Manager for the company’s West Region.

Bagwell will report directly to LGG Industrial CEO Jeff Crane.

In this role, Bagwell will oversee full profit and loss responsibilities, with a focus on driving continued organic growth in the region.

Bagwell has over 30 years of leadership experience in industrial distribution and manufacturing. He most recently served as Director of Sales at Horsburgh & Scott and previously spent 29 years at Motion Industries, where he advanced to the role of Division Vice President.

“Mike is a strategic, high-energy leader with a deep understanding of our industry and a strong track record of driving growth and operational excellence,” Crane said in a July 21 news release.
