TTI Inc. has brought back a familiar face to the company’s leadership team.
The Fort Worth, TX-based electronic components specialty distributor announced Aug. 1 that it has appointed Michael Knight as Senior Vice President of Strategy.
Knight returns as a former 18-year TTI veteran from 2004-2022, most recently as President of the company’s Exponential Technology Group and SVP of Business Development from 2018-2022.
Since then, he was President and CEO of fasteners distributor Endries International from December 2022 until this past June.

In a news release, TTI noted that Knight was instrumental in shaping the company’s trajectory during a transformative era.
“We are happy to welcome Michael back to TTI,” company CEO Mike Morton said. “His vision, perspective and deep understanding of our business and industry will be very valuable as we continue to evolve and grow. His extensive M&A experience, shaped by leading the development, execution and integration of numerous acquisitions in recent years, will also be a significant asset.”
TTI said Knight’s leadership will focus on identifying emerging opportunities, strengthening global partnerships and driving initiatives that align with the company’s mission and values.
