Construction and safety supplies distributor White Cap announced a pair of completed acquisitions that expand its rebar fabrication and concrete accessories offerings across Texas and Florida.

Reinforcing Steel Supply (RSS) and Stuart Building Products are now part of the White Cap suite of brands, branches and value-added services.

Terms were not disclosed for either bolt-on transaction, announced Sept. 4.

RSS, founded in 1991 in Austin, TX, is a supplier of rebar and concrete accessories, serving non-residential and infrastructure end markets across Texas. With facilities in Austin, Corpus Christi, Belton, Odessa and Mustang Ridge, RSS delivers fabrication, estimating, detailing and material solutions tailored to each jobsite.

Stuart Building Products, based in Florida, is a rebar fabricator and distributor of concrete building products and lumber, serving residential end markets through locations in Pompano Beach and Fort Myers.

“We are excited to welcome Reinforcing Steel Supply and Stuart Building Products to the White Cap family,” White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger said in a news release. “Expanding our footprint in Texas and Florida allows us to serve our customers with even greater reach and responsiveness, while also opening new doors for our associates to grow their careers. These acquisitions reinforce our commitment to delivering exceptional service and driving meaningful growth – for our customers and for our people.”

These are the seventh and eighth transactions that White Cap has announced so far in 2025.
