Construction and industrial supplies distributor White Cap agreed to acquire Advanced Fastening Supply.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Wisconsin, AFS distributes fasteners, tools, safety products and related accessories to both commercial and residential markets. Its product range includes items such as axes, brushes, clamps, cutting tools, grinding wheels, anchors and couplers. Founded in 1999, the company operates from three locations in Appleton/Greenville, Madison and Waukesha, WI.

“Their strong reputation and product mix will enhance our ability to serve contractors across the Midwest with the tools, fasteners and safety solutions our customers need to get the job done,” White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger said in a May 27 news release.
White Cap’s most recent previous acquisition was of Canada-based Cascade Raider Holdings, announced on May 12.
