Construction and industrial supplies distributor White Cap acquired Texas-based Kris-Con. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Northwest Houston, TX, Kris-Con is a distributor of specialized construction materials and equipment rentals, serving commercial contractors in the Houston and Austin regions. The company offers a variety of products, including hand tools from Makita, Bosch and Milwaukee, as well as rollers, plates, pumps and generators from Tsurumi, Airman and Wacker.

“This acquisition strengthens our commitment to being a one-stop shop and expanding our value-added services to better serve our customers in Texas,” White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger said in a March 3 news release.
Kris-Con is now integrated into the White Cap suit of brands, branches and value-added services.
White Cap made 14 acquisitions in 2024. Its most recent previous acquisition was of Portland, OR-based JLA Supply, completed on Feb. 5.
