Construction and industrial supplies distributor White Cap agreed to acquire Canada-based Cascade Raider Holdings, which does business as Raider Hansen.

Terms of the pending transaction were not disclosed.

Raider Hansen is a supplier of tools, safety gear and equipment, operating from eight locations throughout British Columbia, Canada. The company supports a variety of industries such as construction, plumbing, electrical, welding and safety, catering to contractors, professionals, DIY enthusiasts, consumers and hobbyists.

“We look forward to adding the skilled team at Raider Hansen to the White Cap family,” White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger said in a May 12 news release. “With their established presence in British Columbia, Raider Hansen joins White Cap Canada in serving Canadian businesses from coast to coast, and will broaden the product offering and technical expertise for all customers in this growing market.”

White Cap’s most recent previous acquisition was of Texas-based Kris-Con, announced on March 3.
