Plumbing products distributor Fortiline — a subsidiary of Australia-based Reece Group — announced the promotion of Keith Young to President, effective Sept. 13. Fortiline serves as the Waterworks Division of Reece USA.

Young joined Fortiline in 2012 as Florida Regional Manager. He later advanced to Regional Vice President, overseeing both Fortiline’s Florida and Mid-Atlantic Regions. More recently, Young has led the expansion of Fortiline’s High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Fusion Division and played a leadership role in the recent acquisition of Belair Road Supply, which expanded Fortiline’s footprint into Maryland and Delaware.

“Keith embodies the qualities essential for our next Waterworks leader — a strong growth and innovative mindset with a deep commitment to his team and the organization’s vision and values,” said James Healy, Reece USA CEO. “With a strong and dedicated RVP team in the field, and Keith in the President role, we know we have the right team in place to lead us through the next chapter for Fortiline, continuing to build on the strong foundation we’ve established together.”

Reece Group’s USA unit was No. 3 on MDM’s 2025 Top Distributors List for Plumbing with $3.5 billion in 2024 revenue. It acquired Fortiline in 2018. Today, Fortiline serves customers in markets of underground water, sewer and storm utility across 16 U.S. states.
