Reece’s Fortiline Acquires Belair Road Supply in Northeast

Belair Road Supply is a supplier of water, sewer, storm and masonry products to customers across Marylan and Delaware.

Underground water, sewer and storm utility products distributor Fortiline Waterworks — a wholly owned subsidiary of the Reece Group — acquired Belair Road Supply, Co. Inc., effective March 7.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Rosedale, MD, Belair Road Supply is a distributor of water, sewer, storm and masonry products, as well as hardscapes, tools and supplies to customers across Maryland and Delaware. The company operates from five locations, which will all be rebranded as Fortiline Waterworks.

 “Our Fortiline team has aggressive growth goals across the United States, including here in the Northeast, and this acquisition of Belair Road Supply underscores our commitment to that growth plan,” Fortiline President Andrew Pacifico said in a March 10 news release. “In the first six months of the fiscal year, Fortiline has opened five new locations, with plans for more to come.”Belair Road Supply

Fortiline said the acquisition expands its presence into the northeastern U.S. and extends the company’s brand network to almost 80 locations across 16 states.

Pacifico added: “In just these past six months, we’ve expanded our operations into Colorado, Nevada, Savannah, Georgia and Northern Arizona and we’re excited to continue this expansion into Maryland and Delaware.”

Reece Group was No. 3 on MDM’s 2024 Top Plumbing Distributors List.
