West Chester, PA-based-Leo announced a strategy to unify its network of facility maintenance service providers from across the country under a single brand.
The company provides comprehensive facility solutions across both interior and exterior needs including plumbing, HVAC/R, locksmith, janitorial, maintenance engineering, doors, handyman services, electrical, landscaping, winter services, vegetation management, pavement, stormwater management and emergency response.
The unification move is expected to expand shared systems, tools and resources for technical specialists and self-perform technicians in order to improve coordination and deliver more consistent service for customers nationwide.
“By coming together as Leo, we’re investing in shared systems that give us earlier visibility into service delivery. For our customers, that means clearer communication, fewer surprises, and more consistent outcomes,” Leo CFO Chris Herak said in a Feb. 10 news release.
Orion Group-backed Leo’s hybrid delivery model combines local self-perform expertise with a national service partner network, enabling reliable, high-quality service in every market.
